What this website collects
- If you request the investor material: your name, your work email, your organisation if you give it, and your confirmation of the investor category you are in
- If you write to us: your email address and what you write
- The hosting provider's server logs: IP address, browser, the pages requested and when [provider and retention: counsel]
- No cookies, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party fonts or embeds
Why we use it
- To review an investor request and, where appropriate, send the material [lawful basis: counsel]
- To answer what you write to us
- To keep the website secure and working
Who else sees it
The website host stores form submissions on our behalf [Netlify, Inc., US, or the final host; transfer safeguards: counsel]. Futurum Group, our parent group, may see investor requests. We never sell personal information or use it for advertising.

Your rights

This website is for investors, partners and press. It asks children for nothing. Our games have their own privacy notices.
